Our program prepares students for a lifetime of leadership by building these 5 essential skills – what we call the “5 fingerprints.”

iNVEST: Finish College Degree

As professional leaders, we invest in education, increasing our capacity to influence the world.
We do this through academic coaching, tuition support of up to $6,000/year, professional skills development and leadership assessments.

iNTEGRATE: Lead Others Spiritually

As Christ-centered leaders, we integrate our faith in order to reproduce authentic Christ followers.
We do this through Bible study, men’s and women’s groups, spiritual autobiography sessions and mentor meetings.

iNTERSECT: Address Challenging Questions

As bold leaders, we intersect the issues of our time with conviction and compassion to become peacemakers.
We do this through weekly sessions on leading from below and during formal and informal discussions.

iMMERSE: Build Healthy Relationships

As faithful leaders we immerse ourselves in authentic relationships and deep community to prevent the suffering of isolation.
We do this through a residential cohort experience, mentor meetings, and alumni marriage support.

iMPACT: Work For Justice

As active leaders we impact the world by cultivating a culture where everyone contributes and the vulnerable flourish.
We do this through 6 hours/week at Vocational Sites, the “Send Me” series, Christian Community Development Association teachings, and Tuesday night topics.
